In a statement, TnG chairman Zainal Abidin Putih said Praba’s experience would be invaluable to the company.
“Praba’s vast experience prior to joining TnG, coupled with his experience in running TnG’s business and growth division, will be invaluable in taking the company to the next level.
“He will be responsible for continuing the growth trajectory of the group’s businesses as we navigate an increasingly competitive landscape in the fintech industry.
“We are confident that Praba has the business acumen and leadership capabilities to steer TnG through its next strategic phase and achieve greater successes going forward,” Zainal said.
Praba currently holds the post of deputy CEO for business and growth. He joined the company in June 2021 and spearheaded TnG’s launch of new products and revenue streams, the company said.
Prior to joining TnG, Praba was the CEO of Xperanti IoT (M) Sdn Bhd and before that, he was the chief operating officer (rail) at Sapura Secured Technologies.
