
In a Facebook post, Adham said he had been given a home surveillance order (HSO) until Dec 18.
The media personnel, he said, had met him at his office on Saturday, and tested positive on Tuesday after exhibiting symptoms.
“Until the HSO is over, I will be working from home including having meetings and discussions online.
“No one is exempted from following orders issued by the authorities, more so when it involves efforts to prevent and treat Covid-19,” he said.
Previously, Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin also underwent home quarantine after chairing a meeting attended by Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Religious Affairs) Zulkifli Mohamad Al-Bakri, who later tested positive for Covid-19.
