PETALING JAYA:
Four localities in Pahang will go under an enhanced movement control order (EMCO) from Sept 12-25, said the National Security Council (MKN) today.

In a statement, MKN director-general Rodzi Md Saad said two of the areas are Orang Asli villages in Temerloh, Kampung Pasu and Kampung Penderas.

The other two areas are Pos Sinderut in Lipis and Felda Keratong in Rompin.

Rodzi said Kampung Kopungit in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, will also be placed under lockdown from Sept 12-25.

Meanwhile, two other areas in Sabah will see their lockdowns lifted tomorrow as scheduled.

They are Kampung Debut in Ranau and Kampung Tindai Kolopis in Penampang.

Lockdowns will also end in three localities in Pasir Mas, Kelantan, tomorrow.

The areas are Kampung Bayu Lalang, Kampung Banggol Kemian and Kampung Repek – with the latter two only partially affected by lockdowns.
