The affected stations are those located from KLCC to Kelana Jaya, it said in a tweet.
However, no reasons were given.
The announcement comes after train services between the KLCC and Kelana Jaya LRT stations were halted around 4pm.
The operator also said feeder bus services were available for affected commuters.
Earlier, it said trains would stop longer than usual at stations between KLCC and Kelana Jaya due to “technical disruptions”.
Yesterday, the same rail line suffered from an automatic train control system fault, disrupting regular service.
Malaysians took to social media to complain about the disruption and lack of feeder bus services.
In a statement yesterday, Rapid Rail said the train control fault was first detected on Saturday, but despite remedial action and fixes, the problem had resurfaced.
It said an engineering and technical team, aided by the Thales Group in Canada, which supplied the train control system, had carried out checks to find out what was causing the problem.
Rapid Rail said it was on alert for a repeat of these incidents.
FMT has contacted Rapid Rail for comment on the latest disruption.
