BN MPs are also expected to be at Istana Negara as scheduled.

Sources say the GPS MPs will head to Istana Negara after BN’s 30 MPs have met the King at 10.30am.
KUALA LUMPUR:
Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) leaders are expected to meet the Yang di-Pertuan Agong at about 11am today to discuss the formation of the government.

Sources told FMT that Fadillah Yusof, Alexander Nanta Linggi, Richard Riot Jaem and Tiong King Sing will head to Istana Negara after Barisan Nasional’s 30 MPs have met the King at 10.30am.

Previously, the Sarawak coalition had voiced its intention to form the government with Perikatan Nasional (PN), BN and Gabungan Rakyat Sabah (GRS).

However, yesterday, it said it would let the King decide what was best for the people.

Sources also said Istana Negara was expecting the 30 BN MPs to be present as scheduled despite their initial intention to seek a postponement of the meeting.
