PETALING JAYA: A family of five died after their Proton Wira Aeroback crashed head on with a Nissan Grand Livina near Nenasi, Pekan, in Pahang at 7.15pm tonight.
Two others in the Nissan have been sent to hospital for treatment.
The Pahang fire and rescue department said the family in the Proton Wira were heading towards Nenasi while the Nissan was headed in the opposite direction towards Rompin, Bernama reported.
The victims were a couple and their three children, including a baby. “All five victims died at the scene,” the fire and rescue department said.
