PETALING JAYA:
A Malaysian student reported missing in Hiroshima, Japan, has been found safe and taken to the Malaysian embassy in Tokyo.

Bernama reported that the Malaysian Students’ Association in Japan (MSAJ) shared the news of the discovery of Nurin Hannani Hafizi, 21, a student at the National Institute of Technology (Kosen) in Kure, Hiroshima, on its Facebook page today.

Iman Jepun, a Malaysian Islamic outreach organisation in Japan, also shared the news on Facebook.

“We have received news from the Malaysian embassy. Hannani has been found safely.

“Thank you to everyone for your cooperation, support and prayers. Your kindness and efforts mean so much,” said Iman Jepun.
