
He said the delegates would debate on the matter should the party receive motions on parting with PKR at the assembly.
“If the muktamar decides to part our ‘tahaluf’ (political cooperation) (with PKR), then we have to accept it and we will act according to the decision. However, should the muktamar decide to stay, then we do as per normal.
“It’s just that there might be a new discussion on seat (allocation) if the status quo remains,” he told reporters after attending the opening of the 13th session of the Kelantan State Legislative Assembly at the Kota Darul Naim Complex here yesterday.
The commencement of the fifth term of the session was officiated by the Regent of Kelantan, Tengku Dr Muhammad Faiz Petra.
The 63rd PAS muktamar will be held from April 27 to May 1 in Kedah.
